Back with a Bang !

We spent 3 amazing days exhibiting at this years Food & Drinks show at the NEC in Birmingham. Looking back at the 2023 event (Our 1st ever in the UK). The difference in the level of engagement was astounding and we could not be more proud of the progress we have made as a business over the past 12 months.

Many thanks to all the manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics companies and of course the many old friends we met, for making our 2024 Food & Drink Show such a great success.

The show must go on - Food & Drink EXPO.

Between 29th April & 1st of May 2024, we will be exhibiting once again at the Food and Drink EXPO at the NEC in Birmingham.

12 Months on.

Back in February 2023, we were honored to be able to present at the inaugural Zero2Five Welsh Bakery Conference. This year we returned again and although not part of the quest speakers as we were in 2023. It was still a brilliant opportunity to allow us to present the new products we had developed and launched over the past 12 months. Thanks to all the team at Zero2Five for putting on a great day.

RSPO (SG) Supplier.

From Jan 2024, we have updated our RSPO licence. This has allowed us to complete a number of projects for Lemon Curds and Caramel fillings where SG status was a requirement.

Now we can not only supply fillings, but also Palm Oil containing products and raw materials as part of the RSPO (SG) supply chain.

Cardiff Bound - March 2024.

Following on from the presentations we gave at last years 2023 Bakery Trends event at Cardiff Met. We are once again attending, thanks to an invitation from Zero2Five. We'll be presenting a number of live new products and raw materials. So, please feel free to come and speak to us, as we'll be happy to take you through the products we've in launched over the past 12 months.

1st to Market....

As of Jan 2024, Forbake has partnered up with one of the most experienced and skilled bakers in the UK and Cardiff Met University to develop with us a 1st to market Gluten Free product that we hope will be a real hit. To ensure we get the product we are striving for, we'll be taking advantage of all the facilities that are on offer. This includes their fantastic sensory testing boxes. Well, if we're doing it, we're doing it right !

Topping it off

August 2023, brings an exciting new product addition to our portfolio.
This easy to use, clean label fodant can be used for flooding, topping and drizzling. With the addtion of colours and flavours, this product allows for many avenues of exploration.

UK Supply - Started

As of August 2023, following on directly from contacts made during the Food & Drink Expo in Birmingham during April.

We have started to supply products directly to the UK.

Now the 1st step has been taken, here's to many more successes and happy UK customers.

We're catching up with some old friends as we make our professional debut, presenting at Zero2Five in Cardiff.

We'll be sharing an insight in to who we are, our product listings & all our planned activities both in the UK and Europe across 2023.

So for us it's time to dust our presentations, get our scripts down and.....Lights, Camera, Action!
